Garret has been teaching the game of golf for the past twenty years and enjoys coaching a wide variety of skill levels. His passion and direction lie in teaching and growing the game of golf.

Garret was born and raised in Pittsburg Kansas. He attended Baker University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He has served as the First Assistant at Loch Lloyd and then Head Golf Professional at Brookridge, St. Andrews and most recently, The Jayhawk Club in Lawrence, KS. Garret was elected into PGA membership in 2008 while working under his mentor Michael Ricket at Indian Hills Country Club in Mission Hills, Kansas. Garret is an avid Jayhawks fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and three sons, Liam, Pierce and John.
