Allison Senger, Director of Sales & Events
Allison graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Restaurant and Tourism Management, with an emphasis in Event Planning from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She minored in Communications and Leadership, and served as the Social Chair in her sorority.
Allison is dedicated to making each event in the Highlands Room at St. Andrews feel uniquely designed for that specific occassion. She brings with her the experience of working with many organizations, and knowing what worked in various situations and what didn’t and brings her own style to the Highlands Room. She is positive and outgoing and will strive to meet your every need!
Haley Hickman, Assistant Banquet Coordinator
Haley graduated from Pittsburg State University in 2015, and then moved home to Overland Park to start her career in event planning.
Before joining the St Andrews team she was the Assistant Director of OEL, a nature camp for kids based in Stilwell. Her many years there taught her to be well organized, yet super flexible and to expect the unexpected.
Haley has been with St Andrews for over a year, gaining a variety of experience in all kinds of events. From golf outings, to birthday parties, to wedding days, she wants to make sure each event runs smoothly and looks beautiful at the same time.
Justin Hohl, Director of Food and Beverage
Justin has more than 20 years of experience in the golf industry. He started in the golf business at the age of 13, as a caddy at Flint Hills National in Wichita.
Justin graduated from KU with a Business major in 2005. After college, he worked at Wolf Creek Golf Club in Olathe for five years as the Director of Food and Beverage. He then worked for Troon Golf Management Company and O.B. Sports in Scottsdale, AZ for five years. Most recently, Justin served as the Club Manager for Pinetop Country Club in Pinetop, AZ.
He currently serves as the Director of Food and Beverage for Sykes/Lady and St. Andrews Golf Clubs in Overland Park.
