Overland Park Practice Facilities

The Sykes/Lady Overland Park Golf Course boasts extensive practice facilities designed to provide resources for all golfers to improve their playing ability. These facilities are fully incorporated into our University of Golf programs to provide the laboratory experiences so critical to skill development.

Driving Range
Located at the southwest corner of the Sykes/Lady main facility, the driving range is available daily beginning at course opening until close. (To accommodate maintenance the range opens around noon on Tuesdays.) A large grass tee provides a superior opportunity for practice with over 20 hitting stations. Multiple targets are designed to aid the golfer in developing all the shots necessary to lower their scores.

Practice Greens
For short game improvement, the Sykes/Lady facility provides four practice greens to work on chipping and putting. Additionally, the Westlinks practice area includes a bunker to work on your sand shots.

Indoor Facility

Par-3
Sykes/Lady Overland Park Golf Course also includes a nine-hole par 3 course that is perfect for improving your iron play. And the available 27 championship holes provide the perfect setting for putting practice into action.
