Allison Senger
Director of Sales:
Allison has years of experience in the Hospitality and Catering Industry and has been an integral part of companies like Brandeis Catering (Omaha, NE), Pioneers Golf Course (Lincoln, NE), and Big Red Keno (Lincoln, NE). Most recently Allison excelled at Community America Ballpark for the T-Bones and Wizards, and at Deer Creek Golf Club.

Allison graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Restaurant and Tourism Management, with an emphasis in Event Planning from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. While at Nebraska, Allison also minored in Communications and Leadership, and served as the Social Chair in her sorority.

Allison is dedicated to making each event at the St. Andrews Highlands Room feel uniquely designed for your specific event. She brings with her the experience of working with so many organizations, and knowing what worked in various situations and what didn’t and brings her own style to the Highlands Room. She is positive and outgoing, and will strive to meet your every need!

Nick Nicol
Executive Chef:
Nicholas K. Nicol is a European trained gourmet Chef who spent ten years as a Chef in England before returning to the United States. His expertise in the food service industry has won him tremendous fame among his peers. His ability to combine the American and European culinary artistry for variety and delicacy is unsurpassed. Flavor is Nick’s main emphasis, while the art of dramatic presentation has always left his clients in unbelievable admiration.
